1. Payment Information

I'll always try my best to verify and let you know about the cost, shipping (if physical merchandise), and any commission delays.To use payment processing systems, I will need your email.
I see the same data in invoices from the aforementioned platform.I won't use your name or information for anything other than the payment forms we exchange, and I won't share or mention it to you or anyone else without your specific consent, unless there is a problem.

• For your protection and mine, 50% of the over all payment is required before I begin.• I can work in up to 2 installments as long as it is discussed prior to sending the invoice• Payment accepted only through invoicing• Tips are appreciated but not necessary. (人 •͈ᴗ•͈)Refund will be given if:
• I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason, or• I have not yet begun your commission and one month or more have passed since you have fully or partially paid for your commission, unless we have discussed prior to payment that there would be a wait. (subject to change based on size)

You automatically acknowledge that you are paying for a digital good or service when you pay an invoice that has been delivered to you.Furthermore, as you are attesting to your ownership and/or access to the payment account associated with the supplied email, you consent to forfeit all attempts at chargeback.Additionally, you are attesting that you are the owner of this account and its funds or that you are authorized to use them in their entirety.Chargeback efforts will be deemed in bad faith by the buyer and will automatically result in the loss of any created artwork or character rights.You are fully aware that you may face legal action if you use the digital product after receiving a refund.

I do NOT take commissions for MATURE (18+) art from minors. If I am aware that the client is younger than 18, I reserve the right to decline said commissions. If you buy any MATURE artwork from me, you attest to the fact that you are at least 18, and you accept this; if this isn't true at any point, I won't be held accountable.

3. References

Please provide all the necessary reference material for your piece. Visual and Written references are fine, however I will need them clear and concise enough for me to work off of.Excess revisions and edits to match beyond what is presented to me at the time of discussion will add a charge on the overall pricing.

4. Revisions and Edits

I'll send you a sketch so you can let me know what has to be corrected, altered, added, or removed, as well as whether I can proceed on.There will be a price for any changes made to the sketch after the first 3 corrections. The complexity or quantity of additional adjustments determines the cost. Depending on how much of the sketch is requested to be altered, this could change.Any changes made after the sketch that weren't my responsibility will be charged. The cost is determined by what you want corrected or redrawn.If you fail to supply me with information in case of a mistake, I will not be held accountable.

5. Time Frame

I try to complete the commissions for 3 days to 2 weeks, subject to change base on life and/or complexity of the commission itself. Im a college student and health issues that can complicate the said schedule. However, I can assure that your commission will be done with outmost priority unless otherwise there's a queue.Deadlines are acceptable as long as im informed beforehand. A minimum of 7 days from the time of ordering is required, additional cost will be added to skip queue.Reminders from every now and then are acceptable.I will be contacting you in case of delay.

6. Copyright and Usage Policy

You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use, however you cannot claim that you are the one who made it.This includes, but not limited to, cropping the artwork for icons, banner, badge pins, tattoo, printed copy, etc.You can repost the commission on your social media, however you must credit me.If you sell your character or art, you may not charge more than what you have ordered.My art CANNOT be used for NFTs or any crypto based currency.

I own all the rights to the artwork I have produced, as well as the ability to post it anywhere I see fit in order to advertise my work or myself. When issuing a commission, the commissioner must specify whether they want to keep this commission confidential. To compensate for a loss of advertising, privacy costs vary according to commission type and complexity.

7. Discounts and Promos

Discounts will be issued to regular commissioners and will vary.Promos will be given during holidays or could be time to time depending on the occasion.
